Happy Holidays!

Well, sorry to make this announcement just as the holiday season approaches, but we're sold out of Khmer Fusion Project CDs, at least for the time being.
Check back here for updates.
Please come see Dengue Fever (www.myspace.com/denguefevermusic), KFP, and other performances for a Cambodian Rock Festival at the Knitting Factory in L.A. on Tuesday, August 14!
Sure to be tons of new music, big noise, and crazy surprises.
We'd love to see anyone and everyone who can come out!
People,
Here's a quick update for all you people out there in CYBERLAND who need their fix of Cambodian and Cambodian-inspired music:
Cambodian Living Arts is more active than ever and has just released its first two albums! One is a re-release of the Khmer Fusion Project (with a slick new design and full liner notes), and the other is a compilation of traditional Cambodian music. I must personally put in a word of recommendation for the compilation, called "Khmer Passages: Songs for Cycles of Cambodian Life", as it was partly produced by me, as well as recorded and mixed by Beau.
For anyone interested in Cambodian music, internships and or research opportunities, please visit Cambodian Living Arts' newly refurbished website.
Finally, a quick update on what we're up to these days:
Since we're all attending college in the Boston, we're together in two new projects:
'...and people and crocodiles...' features all the Anglo-Saxon members of the Khmer Fusion Project playing trash-jazz and generally destroying our and hopefully our audience's musical limitations. Find us here.
'The Pineapple Island Tribesmen' features same people, plus a tribesman named Thomas Deis, performing the traditional music of Pineapple Island. Assorted songs and rituals can be found here.
Incase you are itching to get an album and can't wait to have it mailed, it is being sold in Mill Valley CA at three different locations: Village Music at the corner of Throckmorton and East Blithedale, Two Neat near the Corner of Throckmorton and Miller, and The Depot right by the square downtown. It will also be available soon at Rhythm and Muse in Jamaica Plane, MA for our Boston connections. Hope all is well for all you musicians and listeners. Life is good if there's music.
